What better way to start the day than with a heart breakfast surrounded by family and friends.

Rural Ottawa South Support Services (ROSSS) is an organization providing programs and services to seniors and adults with disabilities throughout the rural communities.

If you are a senior 55+, or an adult with a disability, looking to socialize and have fun, please join us once a month for breakfast at the Lions Den in Metcalfe.

A full breakfast will be served, along with door prizes .

There will be raffle tickets available for purchase for a chance to win some great gift baskets.

There will be some musical entertainment as well.
